The lounge area we made for Creative Fest 2016.
The place looks better with people chilling, so I won’t show you the making off process.
I like the contrast between the huge metal structure in the back and the happy place we created. Bucharest is still a city of contrasts.

Location design for Airfield Festival 2015//Sibiu//Romania.
The festival is happening on an airfield and there’s a lot of flying and floating around:)
We tried to keep it simple and relaxed. Mandalas were looking good as seen from above. Can’t wait for next year’s adventure~!

It’s been a long time since I wrote something here. Didn’t have time and didn’t feel like writing. It’s winter and I dream of summer and remember all the cool things we’ve done 😀 around the country. The first was Electric Castle Festival, the magic festival near Cluj, on a beautiful castle site. It’s my third time at the castle and I already feel like home there. About last year’s experience you can read here.
It’s like a dream being there for more than one week and working on the chill areas. Colours, hammocks, shadow, lights…music. If you’re not into music you can still spend some time there, going to Restoration workshops happening all summer//powered by Transylvania Trust.

This spring Brasov called us again, for a nice project @ the newest mall in the city, Coresi Mall. The architect, Iulian Calen designed a green area with a bicycle parking place and a skate park, and a wood structure, that we had to colour and construct our shadow on.
When we started there were no people coming to sit on the grass, but, as we built our shadow and layers, people started coming and relaxing there, looking at the mountains and having lunch.
We are not fans of shopping resorts, in general, but we do like this spot in the city, a free green spot with a twist. And it’s nice to see that a Mall tries to give something back to the city.
And we’ll be back in august for Bohemian Square, the urban culture festival taking place in the center of the city!

This year’s Electric Castle was Bigger Better Stronger and so was our corner in the festival. We got there one week before the show and did our magic with the chill area, near the reggae stage. MinorSwing put on the hammocks and the hammock swings and La Obiect made the shadow design for the spot. I don’t wanna talk about the festival, cause it’s a must to come and see it!
Our spot during the festival was a meeting point for all the people who wanted to share their ideas. We had Iulian from Free Miorita taking a small break from his traveling around the country, lots of artists relaxing after their show and our new friends from Dej making nice workshops with light and colour.
The village, the castle, the music, all is one and all is love!
